Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash hands with soap and water.
Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Spray jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Form turkey mixture into 15 meatballs, approximately 1 ½ -2” each. Place on jellyroll pan or cookie sheet.
Bake for around 30 minutes, or until meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees inside meatballs.
