Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. (16 ounces) ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Wash hands with soap and water.

  3. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.

  4. Spray jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Form turkey mixture into 15 meatballs, approximately 1 ½ -2” each. Place on jellyroll pan or cookie sheet.

  6. Bake for around 30 minutes, or until meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees inside meatballs.
