Be safe when you and your family are active!
- Wear appropriate shoes and clothes for the activity and the weather. For example, wear sneakers or running shoes to run or walk.
- Choose a safe location to be active. This may be your home, a community center, a shopping mall, or a park.
- Wear sunscreen if you are active outside and have exposed skin.
- Start slowly with new activities.
- Drink water when physically active!
