Ingredients
¼ of a papaya or 1 large peach, chopped into cubes
1 mango, peeled and chopped into cubes
1 Tablespoon coconut milk
½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 Tablespoon chopped peanuts
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Cut open papaya. Scoop out the black seeds in the center. Peel off the skin with a serrated knife. Slice lengthwise and chop into bite-sized cubes.
Peel the mango with a peeler or a paring knife. Slice the fruit away from the center pit. Chop mango into bite-sized pieces.
Place both fruits in a large cereal bowl. Drizzle coconut milk, honey, and peanuts over the fruit. Stir to coat.
Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator up to two days.

Note: You can substitute any of your favorite fruits such as blueberries, peaches, and bananas as other options for this recipe.
