Apple Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

1 cup apple, thinly sliced
2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation 

  1. Wash hands with soap and water

  2. Wash apple and cabbage under cool running water.

  3. Lightly mix sliced apples and shredded cabbage together in a medium bowl.

  4. Add yogurt, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to apples and cabbage. Stir gently

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
