Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup banana, diced
1 cup zucchini or yellow squash, diced
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub fresh produce under cool running water.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Note

Use a frozen banana for a creamier texture. Add water as needed for a thinner consistency.
