Ingredients
2 cups 1% or nonfat milk
1 fresh mango, pit removed, or 1 cup frozen mango, partially thawed
1 medium size banana
2 ice cubes
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub mango under cool running water.
Place all ingredients into a blender and secure the lid on top.
Blend until smooth and foamy.
