Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat or fat-free milk
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup frozen fruit, such as blueberries
2 tablespoon peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
1 handful loose spinach leaves

Preparation 

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.

  2. Gently rub produce under cool running water.

  3. Add ingredients to blender.

  4. Blend until smooth and serve.
