Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, low sodium
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 ounces box whole-grain pasta, cooked according to directions
Preparation
**OVEN VERSION**
Wash hands with soap and water.
Grease a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Lay chicken in pan and pour spaghetti sauce over top. Turn chicken to coat in sauce.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 25-35 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F on food thermometer.
Sprinkle with cheese and continue to cook 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve over pasta.
**STOVETOP VERSION**
Wash hands with soap and water.
Brown chicken in large skillet on both sides.
Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.
Simmer 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F on food thermometer.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts.
Serve over pasta.
