Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) red or black beans
1 can (11 ounces) corn or 1 and 1/4 cup fresh corn, cooked
1 cup salsa
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub produce under cool running water.
Drain and rinse beans.
Drain corn.
Combine beans, corn, salsa, jalapeno, and green pepper in a bowl and mix.
Serve with corn chips, or as a topping for cooked chicken, pork, or tacos.
