2 tablespoon butter
4 medium zucchini, cut in half (length-wise), and sliced thin
1 1/2 tablespoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon or pinch black pepper
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub zucchini under cool running water.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced zucchini and dill.
Cook for 5 minutes or just until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
