6-7 cup kale leaves, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper teaspoon 1/8
Wash hands soap and water.
Gently rub kale under cool running water.
Place prepared kale into medium sized mixing bowl.
Add olive oil and salt to kale. Massage with hands for 2-3 minutes.
Top with ground black pepper and serve.
