Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine butter, sugar, honey, yogurt, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir all together until well blended.
Place dough onto a lightly floured clean work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll the mixture until it is about 1/8 inch thick sheet and pat into a rectangular shape.
Place rectangular dough sheet onto a large ungreased rectangular cookie sheet. Using a table knife, score the flattened dough into 2½ inch squares and prick each with a fork.
Bake for about 8 - 13 minutes.
Separate into squares when finished cooking.
