Ingredients
6 ripe tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoon fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub tomatoes under cool running water.
Slice unpeeled tomatoes.
Mix lightly with remaining ingredients.
Chill until served.
