Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cup prepared instant mashed potatoes
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fluid milk or prepared nonfat dry mik
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash hands with soap and water.
Beat eggs together in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture.
Pour into 9x13 inch greased baking pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Puff is done when knife inserted comes out clean.
Note

Try reduced fat cheese for less fat in puff.
