Wash hands with soap and water.
Wash kale under cool running water and pat dry.
Heat a large skillet over low to medium heat.
Add olive oil and onion to skillet. Heat for several minutes.
Add kale and seasonings to skillet. Heat until kale and onions are tender, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
You can use other greens in this recipe instead of kale, such as Swiss chard, turnip greens, or collard greens.
