Simple Roasted Vegetables
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub vegetables under cool running water.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add vegetables, seasonings, and vegetable oil to a medium sized bowl. Mix to coat vegetables with oil and seasonings.
Spread vegetables out on baking sheet.
Bake until vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes.
