Squash, Apple, and Cranberry Casserole

Ingredients
3 cup cubed winter squash (such as butternut or acorn)
2 cup cubed baking apples* (such as Granny Smith)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Wash hands with soap and water.
Before cutting, gently rub all produce under cool running water.
Combine cubed squash and apples in an 8x8 inch pan.
Sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar over squash and apple mixture.
Top mixture with dried cranberries.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until squash and apples are tender.
