Summer Radish Sandwich with Hummus and South African Sambal

1 slice of whole grain bread
Radishes, washed, sliced into thin rounds
2 tablespoons your choice of hummus*
1 tablespoon your choice of pickles or cucumber sambal**
1 large leaf of lettuce
Pinch of sea salt
On a slice of whole grain bread, layer the radish, hummus, cucumbers, and lettuce, in that order.  Sprinkle a touch of salt over the radishes.  Enjoy with a tall glass of water or fresh squeezed lemonade!
