1 can (5 ounces) tuna, packed in water, drained
1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles
¼ cup celery, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley or 2 teaspoons dried cilantro or parsley
6 lettuce leaves
6 slider rolls, whole grain if possible
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub fresh produce and herbs under cool running water.
Combine tuna, green chiles, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, and cilantro or parsley in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Place lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each slider roll. Top with tuna mixture and top half of roll.
