Turkey Cherry Tortillas

Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries
3/4 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup onion, minced
4 6-inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation 

  1. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.

  2. Add turkey, cherries, carrots and onion. Stir gently.

  3. Fill tortillas with turkey mixture. Top with cheese.

Note: 

Use fresh turkey, cooked and chopped, to reduce sodium (salt) content.
