Turkey Cherry Tortillas

1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries
3/4 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup onion, minced
4 6-inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.
Add turkey, cherries, carrots and onion. Stir gently.
Fill tortillas with turkey mixture. Top with cheese.

Use fresh turkey, cooked and chopped, to reduce sodium (salt) content.
