Ingredients
1 pound (16 ounces) ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup yellow onion, grated
1/2 zucchini squash, grated
1 stalk celery, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub produce under cold running water.
Mix ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Form turkey mixture into a loaf shape and place into pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
