Whole-Wheat Yogurt Rolls

1 ½ cups whole-wheat flour
1 ¾ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups low-fat plain yogurt
Cooking spray
Wash hands with soap and water.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Add yogurt into the center and stir until a dough forms. Dough will be sticky.
Place some extra flour on counter and on hands. Divide dough into 10 equal sized balls and place onto the floured surface until ball is smooth.
Grease baking sheet with cooking spray and place balls onto the sheet. Flatten the balls to ½ inch thick.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Do not overbake.
Serve warm.
