Apple Carrot Salad

Ingredients

3 cup apples*, cut into chunks
1 large carrot, shredded
1/3 cup low-fat sweet mayonnaise-like dressing
1/3 cup raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation 

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.

  2. Gently rub produce under cool running water.

  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  4. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve

Note: 

1. Leave the skin on the apples for extra fiber and flavor!

*We recommend using a snacking variety of apple such as Honeycrisp, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Pink Lady
