Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
½ green pepper, washed and chopped
½ small onion, washed and chopped
½ small cucumber, washed, peeled and chopped
1 small apple, washed, diced (not peeled)
½ cup grapes washed and cut in half
¼ cup plain yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Gently rub produce under running water before cutting.
Use leftover cooked chicken, or cook enough chicken to make 2 cups of chicken pieces.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours.
