Ingredients
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled, chopped
2 tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/3 cup pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine all of the ingredients.
Mix well and chill. Serve on bread as a sandwich or over lettuce.
