4 slices whole-wheat bread
4 slices lean, cooked ham
4 slices pineapple, drained
4 slices reduced fat processed cheese
Preparation
Place a slice of ham on each slice of bread.
Place a pineapple slice on ham and top with cheese.
Place sandwiches on baking sheet and broil until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
