Ingredients
5 1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
3 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1 lb. macaroni noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, cut in small cubes
3 small onions, finely chopped
2 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon sage (optional)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Pour mixture into greased 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour. Internal temperature of poultry should reach 165 degrees F.
