Magic Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 cup green grapes (or other seedless grapes)
2 bananas, sliced
1 pkg. (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
1 3/4 cup low-fat milk

Preparation 

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.

  2. Gently rub fruit under cool running water.

  3. Place all fruit into a large bowl.

  4. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix.

  5. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until pudding thickens.

  6. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.

Note: 

- You can use other types of canned and fresh, sliced fruit in the recipe instead of pineapple and grapes.
- Recipe makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each.
