Ingredients
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine milk and dry oatmeal in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
Add oil and eggs to the milk and oatmeal. Mix well.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir flour mixture into oatmeal mixture until just moistened.
Cook pancakes in greased skillet over low-medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
