Ingredients
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, softened
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Preparation
Wash hands with soap and water.
Pour the milk in a large bowl or pitcher.
Add the other ingredients.
Mix well, until foamy.
Serve cold.
