Banded Chest Pull

Steps:

  1. Hold the ends of the band tightly in both hands.
  2. Raise the band shoulder-height in front of you with your arms straight.
  3. Pull both ends of the band apart as hard as you can.
  4. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat for 3 cycles.
