Steps:
- Hold either end of the band tightly in each hand.
- Hold the band above your head.
- Pull it tight and slowly lower it behind your head, like a big stretch.
- Return the band to above your head.
- Perform for 12 counts, take a break for 30 seconds, and then repeat for three cycles.
