Steps:
- Sit or stand and hold the band in front of you with your arms straight out in front of your chest. Wrap the ends of the band once around your hands for a better grip.
- Bend one elbow to bring your fist toward your chest while keeping the other arm straight out in front of you, keeping your arms at shoulder-height.
- Hold the tension for 5 seconds. Switch sides.
- Repeat 3 times on both sides.
