Butterfly Stretch

This stretch is great for making your hips and thighs more flexible.

Steps: 

  1. Sit on the floor. Bend your knees and press the bottoms of your feet together.
  2. Let your knees fall down to the sides and press them gently toward the ground.
  3. Hold for 20–30 seconds.
