This is a great way to help your spine move better and ease tight muscles.
Steps:
- Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Breathe in as you arch your back, lifting your head (Camel Pose).
- Breathe out as you round your spine, tucking your chin toward your chest (Cat Pose).
- Repeat for 5–10 counts
