Cat-Camel Stretch

This is a great way to help your spine move better and ease tight muscles. 

Steps: 

  1. Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.  
  2. Breathe in as you arch your back, lifting your head (Camel Pose).  
  3. Breathe out as you round your spine, tucking your chin toward your chest (Cat Pose). 
  4. Repeat for 5–10 counts
