Steps: 

  1. Sit back on your heels and then fold forward, bringing your knees to the ground and forehead to the mat. 
  2. Stretch your arms forward or keep them by your sides. 
  3. You should feel this stretch in the back and hips. 
  4. Hold this restful pose for 20–30 seconds.
