This stretch helps to lengthen your spine and stretch multiple muscle groups at once.
Steps:
- Start on your hands and knees. Press up from your toes and start to straighten your knees, lifting your hips towards the ceiling.
- Keep your heels toward the floor and stretch your arms out.
- Your body will form an inverted V-shape. Hold for 20–30 seconds.
- Go back to your hands and knees. Repeat this for 3-4 rounds.
