Downward Dog Stretch

This stretch helps to lengthen your spine and stretch multiple muscle groups at once. 

Steps: 

  1. Start on your hands and knees. Press up from your toes and start to straighten your knees, lifting your hips towards the ceiling.  
  2. Keep your heels toward the floor and stretch your arms out.  
  3. Your body will form an inverted V-shape. Hold for 20–30 seconds.  
  4. Go back to your hands and knees. Repeat this for 3-4 rounds.
