Steps:

  1. Find a clear space to walk in a straight line.
  2. Place one foot right in front of the other, so your heel touches the toes of your back foot.
  3. Walk forward slowly, focusing on staying balanced.
  4. Use a wall for support if needed.
  5. Try walking this way for 10-30 seconds.
