Steps:

  1. Stand near a wall for support.
  2. Lift your toes so only your heels touch the ground.
  3. Walk forward on your heels, keeping your toes off the ground.
  4. Try to walk 10-15 steps forward. If needed, touch the wall lightly for balance.
