Hip Flexor Stretch

Beginner

This stretch is great for loosening up tight muscles caused by sitting too long.

Steps: 

  1. Kneel on the floor with one foot in front and your back knee on the ground, making a 90-degree angle with each leg.  
  2. Move your hips forward slightly until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip.  
  3. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
