Seated Alternating Toe Touches

This exercise engages your core, improves coordination, and improves flexibility.

Steps:

  1. Sit upright in the middle of the chair with your feet flat on the ground, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Raise both arms overhead, keeping fingers pointed towards the ceiling.
  3. Lower your left hand while lifting your right foot, touching the inside of your right foot with your left hand.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat with the right hand and left foot.
  5. Do 10 on each side.
