This exercise engages your core, improves coordination, and improves flexibility.
Steps:
- Sit upright in the middle of the chair with your feet flat on the ground, shoulder-width apart.
- Raise both arms overhead, keeping fingers pointed towards the ceiling.
- Lower your left hand while lifting your right foot, touching the inside of your right foot with your left hand.
- Return to the starting position and repeat with the right hand and left foot.
- Do 10 on each side.
