Seated Spinal Twist

This stretch is great for helping your spine move more freely and can help with digestion! 

Steps:  

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out.  
  2. Cross one leg over the other and put your opposite elbow on the outside of your bent knee.  
  3. Gently turn your upper body toward your bent knee.  
  4. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
