Sleeping Spinal Twist

Steps: 

  1. Lie on your back, bend your knees and pull them toward your chest. 
  2. Let your knees drop to your right side so your right knee is resting on the floor and your left knee is on top.  
  3. If your knee doesn’t touch the floor, you can use a folded blanket or towel underneath for support.  
  4. Relax into the twist and let go of any tension.   
  5. Stay here for 1 to 2 minutes.
