Standing Side Stretch

This is a great way to wake up your body and help your spine move better. 

Steps:  

  1. Stand up straight with your feet as far apart as your hips.  
  2. Put one hand on your waist and lift the other arm up over your head. Gently lean toward the side with the hand on your waist to stretch the opposite side of your body.  
  3. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
