This exercise helps build leg strength and balance.

Steps:

  1. Find a step or sturdy box.
  2. Step up with one foot, then bring the other foot up.
  3. Step back down, one foot at a time.
  4. Repeat 10 times on each side. To make it harder, do this without holding onto anything.
