Steps:  

  1. Stand tall with your feet together and your arms by your sides. 
  2. Take a big step back with your left foot. Keep your right foot pointing forward. 
  3. Turn your left foot a little so it’s pointing to the side. 
  4. Bend your right knee so it’s right over your ankle. Your back leg stays straight. 
  5. Raise your arms up and press your palms together. 
  6. Keep your shoulders relaxed and look forward. 
  7. Hold for 5-10 seconds. then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.
