Steps:
- Stand tall with your feet together and your arms by your sides.
- Take a big step back with your left foot. Keep your right foot pointing forward.
- Turn your left foot a little so it’s pointing to the side.
- Bend your right knee so it’s right over your ankle. Your back leg stays straight.
- Raise your arms up and press your palms together.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and look forward.
- Hold for 5-10 seconds. then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.
