Potatoes

Potatoes are the most popular vegetable in the United States! Aim to eat potatoes baked or roasted instead of fried. There are many different types of potatoes. Waxy potatoes, like fingerling potatoes, are perfect for boiling. Starchy potatoes, like Russets, are great for baking. Some potatoes, such as Yukon Golds, are called “all-purpose” potatoes and can be used for almost anything.
